You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, returns cannot be accepted.

Used / Altered
Products showing signs of use, modification, or physical damage caused by the buyer

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product). Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number for your records.
