3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or branded products (OEM/ODM orders with your logo or custom specifications).
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
- Software, firmware, or digital products (once downloaded or activated).
- Products returned after the 14-day return window.
- Products not purchased directly from 5gor6g.com (please check with your reseller).

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product). Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number for your records.

6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Products returned with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging (refund amount reduced by 10-30%).
- Products showing minor signs of use (refund amount reduced based on condition assessment).
- Orders cancelled after shipment has been dispatched (shipping cost non-refundable).
7. Warranty Claims (Defective Products)
For products covered by our 12-month warranty:
- Contact us with photos/videos demonstrating the defect.
- If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost.
- Replacement products are shipped within 5 business days after the warranty claim is approved.
- If the same product is unavailable, we offer a similar product upgrade or full refund.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant:
- Contact us to check availability of the desired product.
- Return the original product following the process above.
- Pay the price difference if the new product costs more; receive a refund if it costs less.
9. Wrong / Missing Product
Received the wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging label. We will ship the correct product and arrange pickup of the wrong item at no cost to you.
